Rocky Exp 6

The smaller pilots are not forgotten by Tony Kart. These smaller chassis for the future champions, share many of the same features and developments from the chassis that win world championships. 28mm diameter tubing specifically made for the grip level and service life, adjustable ride height in the front and rear, caster/ camber adjusters supplied as a standard feature, and with the famous twin master cylinder braking system (MSB), these chassis are simple to operate, and easy for the dad mechanic to set up.

Rocky FIK 950

The Tony Rocky FIK 950 chassis is EXACTLY the same chassis as the Rocky EXP 6 chassis except for the wheelbase, which in this case is 950 mm. This chassis used mostly in our Australian Rookie class, suits perfectly the Pilot that has grown in size , and maybe to large for the 900mm wheelbase chassis, but still has some serious Racing to do before moving up into the Junior Ranks

The next step after the Rookie class, this chassis is the perfect choice for the small pilot starting their junior racing.
Designed specifically for the harder compound tyre and a step up in horsepower, this chassis is also made with user friendly in mind.
28mm diameter tubing specifically designed for the class and tyre, adjustable ride height in the front and rear, a standard feature of caster / camber adjustment, and a removable front torsion bar, twin master cylinder hydraulic braking system.(MSB) that includes the disc size to suit specifically the braking needs verses the rotating masses.

This chassis is an upgrade of the most successful Nordik EXP chassis.
Available in 1010mm wheelbase.

Psylo V2

The Tony Kart Psylo V2 is a chassis made to suit intermediate grip levels such as the MG Red tyre, as well as intermediate levels of horsepower. Being 28mm diameter tubing throughout, this chassis is the king of Junior Clubman and Clubman Light.
Complete with adjustable ride height in the front and rear, removable and adjustable torsion bars, caster / camber adjusters as standard . Tony Kart alloy components, or if you wish magnesium components and wheels, this chassis is complete with the famous Tony Kart braking systems.
To top it all off, the appearance is simply stunning.
Use this chassis with a 30mm axle for the National classes, and with a 40mm axle for the Clubman classes.

Racer ST V2

The Tony Kart Racer ST V2 is the same design as the Psylo V2, but in 30mm diameter tubing throughout. This chassis design (Psylo V2 & Racer ST V2), has more entry corner grip, and more mid corner grip hold than any of the previous chassis designed for these classes, and still retains the typical Tony Kart turn in and corner release that Tony Kart drivers expect and rely on.
This chassis is typical of the entire Tony kart range in that what you buy in the showroom is what the winners race with.
Complete with adjustable ride height in the front and rear, adjustable and removable torsion bars, alloy components, or now if you wish available with magnesium components and wheels. Also standard on these chassis is fully adjustable caster / camber front end aligners.
This chassis is the current Australian Champion chassis in BOTH Clubman Light AND Junior Clubmam, as well as current State Champion in these same classes

Racer EVRR

What’s to say? This chassis design and specific material is from multiple World Championship SUCSESS.
In Australia it is well at home in the more powerful Rotax and Leopard 125cc classes.
Complete with Tony Kart self adjusting billet braking system, magnesium wheels and magnesium components, 50mm axle, removable and adjustable front and rear torsion bars, adjustable ride height in the front and rear, combined with spectacular body work and decals.

The Tony Kart Racer EVR DD2 or Krypton KRX DD2 chassis is made specifically for the Rotax 2 speed DD2 class of Racing . All the same features of the non gearbox versions, the DD2 chassis comes complete with foot operated front wheel brakes.

The same design as the EVR but in 32mm diameter tubing throughout, this chassis is an alternative to the EVR for some drivers who prefer a stiffer chassis.
A great chassis for all the Rotax classes as it provides more grip to the tyres used specifically in this class.
