Shipping& Returns/Customer Service Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders will be delivered either by Australia Post or Kartworks nominated courier service. It is strongly encouraged that a business address be used for shipping details. In the event that a home address is used, and no person is home at the time of the delivery, the driver will leave the items unattended at the front door unless otherwise noted in the “special instructions field” when checking out. Kartworks takes no responsibility for unattended items left by courier drivers at home addresses. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Orders are to be dispatched within 2 business days and shipping time are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia..

A notification email will be sent to your email address to confirm dispatch.

All transactions are completed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Kartworks Racing Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on 02 4956 8839 to enquire about special orders.


Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If the goods you have purchased have been wrongfully described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to we will gladly exchange the items, however items will only be accepted if they are returned in the original packaging, unopened with all tags or barcodes attached, within 7 days.  An additional delivery charge will be applied to the exchanged items.

Damaged /Faulty Goods

All items will be thoroughly checked prior to being packaged to dispatch.  In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or faulty we ask that you notify us immediately.  All damaged or faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery, unopened and in original package.  We will then gladly exchange your item at no extra cost or provide you with a refund.

Customer Service Policy

At Kartworks we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days: in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we ill notify you within 2 business days to arrange the following:-

  • Placing the items on back order

  • Replacing the items with another product

  • Removing the product from sale and processing a full refund on your credit card
